I’m often asked how do you retain staff?
One sunny day last July all the stars aligned and we actually had everyone in our workshop at the same time and there was a Kodak moment created. This was the idea of one of our longest serving team members and without any delay everyone agreed.
This is our team, the CDS team. We appreciate each other, respect each other and work together in a safe and constructive way with conversation, idea exploring and a continuous pursuit for quality and excellence being to the fore.
From our first year apprentices to our most experienced we all know that every day is a new learning day.
As we say, CDS…………… making metalwork less ordinary.
